HOW TO PRE ORDER BY THE HEDGE SEASONAL WARES 

The nature of our business is almost wholly reliant on the changing seasons of these wild isles, and how well we and our livestock are able to fare them.

We only ever extract surplus honey from our hives, ensuring each colony is left with enough sustenance for the winter months. As a consequence we never can quite tell how much we may produce to sell, but when we do harvest we can promise it will be unlike any honey you've ever tasted.

Similarly we rear our sheep stock slowly and extensively, outside in the fields on rich permanent pasture. Owing to the small number in our flock we offer a limited number of lamb boxes which are available for purchase each year.

If you would like to pre-order any of our seasonal wares, please do read on below. Whilst we cannot guarantee supply, we will do our very best to keep you informed throughout the season and where we have not been able to fulfil an order owing to the unpredictable nature of our produce, we will of course reimburse you in full or issue a credit to be used on our website.
